Mojave Realty Partners is a premier real estate investment company focused on the acquisition, development, and disposition of value-add commercial real estate. Whether ground-up development or the repositioning of well-located existing assets, we apply a disciplined approach to successfully execute our investment strategy and business plan. The firm was founded by Shaun Kriedeman & Michael Coxen in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Mr. Kriedeman serves as Principal and is responsible for overall firm strategy and management, seeking investments, funding structures, and overall investor relationships. Over the last 25 years, Mr. Kriedeman has been working on numerous types of residential and commercial property development projects which total over 8 Million square feet and in excess of $2 Billion. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Minnesota State University Moorhead and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
Mr. Kriedeman is an active member of ULI, ICSC, CCIM, and NAIOP. He also is a LEED Accredited Professional as designated by the US Green Building Council and holds a A.C. designation from the American Institute of Constructors.
Mr. Coxen serves as Principal and is responsible for identifying acquisition opportunities, nurturing harmonious investor partnerships, brand development, design, and marketing.
For over 15 years, Mr. Coxen has succeeded as an entrepreneur in the music, design, and real estate industries, prosperously developing business ideas from concept through execution. Mr. Coxen has been working on numerous residential and commercial property development projects throughout the Las Vegas valley and has personally achieved north of $10 million in sales.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from City University of New York, Baruch College.
Mr. Coxen is an active Realtor®, member of GLVAR, NAR, BBB, and serves on the board of Wish Upon a Wedding, a national 501c3 non-profit granting weddings and vow renewals to couples facing life-altering circumstances.

Whether these opportunities are in the form of ground-up development, in-fill development, flips, or buy-and-holds, we apply the same control systems to every deal. All of our anticipated expenses are padded, all of our anticipated revenues are conservative. If the deal works within our strict controls—where the worst case scenario has already been considered—it accelerates when the best case scenario presents itself.
